These files relate to the use of the 2nd version of the Affymetrix 10K SNP chip for identifying regions of homozygosity.

These versions of ExcludeAR work with the latest 11K Affymetirx SNP chip (which has slightly fewer, but more useable, SNPs than the first chip).

There is still a gross deficiency of subtelomeric SNPs, so if you don¹t find linkage check these regions.

The "lite" versions of ExcludeAR for the 2nd Affymetrix SNP chip needed expanding as follows before adding your data,

ExcludeAR1liteCHIP2   -  Copy cells Q19-DC19 and Paste them into Q11163 ­ DC11163

ExcludeAR2liteCHIP2   -  Copy cells Q19-DC19 and Paste them into Q11163 ­ DC11163

ExcludeAR4liteCHIP2   -  Copy cells S19-CO19 and Paste them into S11163 ­ CO11163
